Inspire Allied Health and Education do not refund money for programs purchased and received or once they have left our premises. We will ensure to pack your resource box with the greatest care. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged (as deemed by us), we will replace it if damage was recognised upon opening the resource. Packaging is not included in this policy. All requests must be made via email (admin.gregoryhills@inspireaheg.com.au) within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Once your therapy pack is paid for, we will endeavour to ship it within 7 days upon receipt of paperwork. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, shipping may be delayed. A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched. Please note that we are not liable for any delays caused by postal services.
